The customer had acquired a retired chair from Vail Ski Resort. My job was to turn it into a stable piece of living room furniture. I trimmed off excess bits, fabricated sturdy (and attractive, if I say so myself) legs, placed one of my fat little birds on the top, and had the whole thing powdercoated bright red.
